Turning the wheel…

In continuation of Rajkishor’s post, I remembered an e-mail sent by Pranay bhaiya a few days back and something that touched my heart is mentioned in this mail which is relevant even for present situation. I am appending it here.

Dear Rajkishor and Rewa,

Basically, this letter is more than acknowledgments that you are supposed to receive for any kind of suggestions. Warmest thanks for all your hard work and outstanding contributions to make any event successful. It is well known by all how much time, devotion and energy every assignment demands and I deeply appreciate all your efforts to make any event successful.

Always remember, the work that you do, must affect those people, who are deprived of basic necessities even today and they really need our support. Any event should not be your profession, get-together or career but religion and you have to believe in your almighty and have to find out answers why God created us and sent to JNV, particularly in Katihar, Bihar.

I am re-vibrating the same song “Saathi haath badhana, ek akela thak jayega, milkar bojh uthana” that will keep you together irrespective of age & batches.

Few days back I got message from Bhatti (Ranjeet Jaiswal), “kya yaar …tum nahi aa rahe ho……aate too achcha rahta……..” I was not bold enough to say sorry to Chandrakant and Bhatti and realized the fact that I really had some urgent work and how much I had suffered and missed you people by not being present at such an unforgettable moment.

Thank you again for all you do during hectic holiday chilled season. Say my heartiest greetings to JNV Katihar, Happy New Year and we are standing together and forever for the loss that we are suffering from cruel hand of time.

Thanks and regards,
Pranay Punj Pankaj
Assistant Professor,
LPU, Jalandhar, India.

He emphasized “साथी हाथ बढ़ाना, एक अकेला थक जाएगा मिलकर बोझ उठाना…..” and today I urge everybody to come forward to help him. Someone says that every drop of water makes an ocean. Let us all join hands to save his life and get him well. We all have the capacity to donate, but how much…? That depends on your spirit to support. Let’s prove again that we JNVians are always there to support each other in times of such grave need. Everybody can give financial support… from student to working people. The difference would be of pocket money and earned money. In my opinion, a student can have the capacity of donating minimum Rs 100 and a salaried people can easily take out Rs 500-1000 from their pocket.

Remember the events when we complimented his art of decorating the stage. He took all the responsibility of stage decoration and whichever other responsibility was given to him, he fulfilled it with all his might, though nobody forced him to do so. Why can’t we take the responsibility of saving his life with all our might?

Request all of you to support him during this phase of his life.  Hami Navodaya hon…!!!
