It was sunday. I was supposed to go for shopping. Now, since I had to wait for my friend Abhishek to accompany me to the market as I have been told by my maa to get something today for the occasion of ‘Dhanteras’. I had free time until he came, therefore I thought of doing something in order to pass my time. Hence, I started listening to some songs.
Suddenly, I remembered that last week one of my very close friend had told me about a song that is related to my name. He had also given me the link of that video and had asked me to watch it as well. Actually, even before that instance I had already known about that song from one of my school friend Pankaj so I had already listened to that song. But this was the first time that I had got the video link, hence I was pleasantly surprised, as I had never seen the video of that song before, and when I saw the video I found something totally amazing!
And guess what?
Although, the thing is that I don’t know whoever has put this song there on youtube, but he has mentioned the same words there which I have written in a post titled“Meaning of my name” and also the previous tag line of my blog “…words moving like water with a few ripples…” is mentioned there in the starting of the video!
Hmmm….However, copyright is not allowed, but I am happy to see a few sentences in the video which is copied from my post. This gave me a reason to post that video here in my blog as well. I believe he must have googled the word ‘रेवा’ and must have been directed to my blog, which explains it all!

Activists of the Raj Thackeray-led Maharashtra Navnirman Sena on Sunday attacked 13 railway board examination centres in suburban Mumbai protesting “inadequate representation” to locals and chased away candidates from north India.

Anger disappears when the situation changes and you start thinking more objectively. After reading the above news we can realise, we are what we are actually! Jalandhar city is the part of birth place of Indian Civilization where the Haddappa Civilization evolved. As it is known that this place is very developed and in such a place it’s very hard to believe such worst incident.
Now coming to the point, some men are never wrong, and if you think they are then you are too bad. Isn’t it?? They think, they are always right and if they do some crime, it’s their brightright! So, just don’t say or react over their brightright otherwise you will not be counted in the lists of perfect women!
The thing is we had only seen it happens in hindi movies but, these Indian men now made possible in reality. This Sarpanch has no right at all to take such worst action. So, he has to be given ‘FANSI KI SAZA’ and rest of the men who all were sitting and watching that lady over there should also get punishment, so that in future not even a single man can ever have courage to do such crime.
Indian men…Ahem! Well, they even never want to see what a mistake they do or how it looked like, okay? okay?! But Men, you really have better things to do in your life. C’mon, that’s not your thing to do and feel proud by doing such nonsense! No one has right to do so with any women in this planet. And if this is happening then I am sure there will be many Phoolan Devis taking birth in our society!

कल रात करीब 9 बजे बगल में रहने वाली एक आंटी सेवई देने आई. मैने उनसे पूछा, “आंटी ईद आज था या कल है”. उन्होने कहा कि “कल है बेटा, आप सुबह – सुबह ऑफिस चले जाओगी इसलिए अभी दे रही हूँ!” यह सुनकर बहुत खुशी हुई कि आंटी को इतना ख़याल है. फिर उनसे कही कि ‘मेरा नवरात्रि का फासटिंग चल रहा है, मैं खा नही पाऊँगी’. बोलते हुए थोड़ा बुरा भी लग रहा था. लेकिन शायद उन्हे लगा कि आज उपवास है, इसलिए वो कहने लगीं कि “अभी फ़्रीज़ में रख दो, कल खा लेना”. तब मैं उन्हें बताई कि ‘मैं नौ दिन अभी अन्न नही खाऊंगी’ तो आंटी बोल पड़ी ‘उपवास जब भी समाप्त होगा मुझे बताना, मैं आपके लिए स्पेशल बिरयानी बनाऊँगी’. वाह! सच में दिल इतना सुन ही खुश हो गया. सोच रही हूँ, क्या वाक़ई बड़ेशहरोंमें भी हमारे पड़ोसियों को इतना ख़याल रहता है….!?
आज ईद है और दिल से बस यही दुआ निकल रही है कि सभी को ईद मुबारक हो. ऑफिस पहुँचकर सबसे पहले ज़ुबैर भैया को फोन की और ईद मुबारकबाद दिया. उन्होने बताया कि वो कल रात को ही दिल्ली पहुँचे हें, फिर मैने सोचा कि भैया रोमिंग में हें तो बाद में बात कर लेंगे. मैं बंद करना चाह रही थी लेकिन वो करने ही नही दिए और हम दोनो ने काफ़ी देर बात की. लेकिन इस बार उनसे भी बात करके लगा कि वो बहुत खुश नही हें. ख़ैर इस बार ना तो ईद और ना ही दुर्गा पूजा की खुशी झलक रही है. वैसे भी कोई खुशी खुशी मनाए भी कैसे, कहीं बाढ़ तो कहीं ब्लास्ट लोगों का सुख चैन छीन लिया है!
सुबह 5 बजे जब मैं पूजा कर रही थी तो अचानक बिहार में आए बाढ़ के चलचित्र मेरे सामने आने लगा. एक पल के लिए मन विचलित हो उठा, और कुछ देर के लिए मौन हो गयी. फिर पूजा समाप्त कर ऑफिस के लिए चल दी. दिमाग़ में ये चल रहा था कि न्यूज़ तो सुनी नही हूँ, और इस बात का भय लग रहा था कि फिर कहीं ब्लास्ट ना हुआ हो.
जब ऑफिस पहुँची, न्यूज़ पेपर पढ़ी तो पता चला कि जोधपुर और अगरतल्ला में ब्लास्ट हुआ है! मुझे याद आ गयी दिल्ली में हुए बम विस्फोट की घटना, और मैं सहम सी गयी. उस दिन जब दिल्ली में ब्लास्ट हुआ था तो मैं अपने दोनो बहनों के साथ लाजपत नगर मार्केट में शॉपिंग कर रही थी. अचानक भाई ने फोन किया और ब्लास्ट के बारे में बताया. जब हमें पता चला तो हम वहाँ से निकल पड़े, पर हमे ऑटो नही मिल रहा था, और करीब एक घंटे के बाद ऑटो मिला. इधर घर वालों को पता चल गया कि हम मार्केट गये हें, सभी डरे -डरे से हमें फोन कर रहे थे. कितना भयावह होता होगा वो दृश्य जब लोग पल भर में अपनी जान गँवा देते हें, सोचती हूँ तो रूह काँप जाती है. अब तो हर रात दिल एक डर लिए सोता है कि ना जाने कल सुबह का आलम क्या होगा!
